Alisher Zakirov Qutbullayevich. He shares that he was born on December 17, 1987, in Mirpostin Street, Andijan, in a middle-class family. There are 4 children in the family, Alisher is the middle child. In 1995, Alisher entered school No. 37 in Andijan, and for some reasons, moved to No. 27 school in 2000. In the 5th grade, the class leader noticed Alisher's interest in music and took him to the music club, and even though Alisher was still young, Alisher sang classical songs at various school events and won prizes by participating in various competitions.
He graduated from school in 2004 and did not enter the music college because of family circumstances.

On February 24-25, 2019, under the leadership of his producer Zohidjon Nurmatov, Alisher Zokirov presented his first solo concert program at the "Friendship of Peoples" palace.
